What "Held With Care" Actually Means

"Held with care" could easily be marketing wallpaper, a warm phrase that means nothing once you're actually waiting to hear back about a job. So here's what it costs us to say it, in three specific commitments.

Every application gets an answer

Forty-eight hours. Not a target we aim for, a promise we track. Whether the answer is an interview or a gentle no, you hear it, instead of watching an application disappear into a system that never replies.

A "no" comes with a reason

A form rejection tells you nothing you can use. When a role isn't the right fit, we try to tell you why, not to be unkind, but because a real reason is more useful than silence, and because Radical Care means treating a rejection as a moment that still deserves honesty.

Your information stays yours

We don't sell candidate data to third-party recruiters, and we don't share your application with a company you didn't apply to. Rooted Integrity means you should always know exactly who has seen what you've shared with us.

None of this is free; it's genuinely slower and more labor-intensive than the alternative. We think that's the whole point.
